Pool (No Water), written by Mark Ravenhill and directed by Des Kennedy, is performed in the empty swimming pool beneath The Metropole Hotel as part of Cork Midsummer Festival. The production stars Evanna Lynch, best known for playing Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter film franchise, in her Irish theatre debut. A shocking and savage play about friendship, ambition, jealousy, and art, it blurs the boundaries between installation, physical theatre, and live art. Movement for the production is by Luke Murphy.
