By: Sep. 29, 2010

Ultimate Big Brother winner BrIan Dowling has just signed a six figure 3 year deal to star in the Cheerios Panto at Dublin's Tivoli theatre. Brian will appear as the outrageous character Bridie in this year's production of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Brian first appeared in the very popular Dublin panto in 2008 and was a huge hit returning to the stage again last Christmas in stilettos no less to play the character of Bridie for the first time.

'I am delighted to be back in panto this year. It's always such fun. This year promises to be best ever and its great to be home for Christmas'. Brian said today.

Producers of the show Alan Hughes and Karl Broderick said that they were delighted that, despite being in such demand for other work, including TV in the UK, Brian had chosen to be part of the Cheerios Panto for another 3 years. 'It's going to be a super show this year', Alan Hughes said 'Brian will be back playing Bridie and I'll be returning as Sammy Sausages and this year the panto will featuring over 50 of Irelands top celebs making surprise guest appearances. I've got a feeling it's going to be the best ever'.

All guest stars are delighted to appear and support Miriam Ahern's CARI children's charity as there will be a collection after each performance for CARI.
Over 30,000 people regularly attend this annual, sell-out panto which has been called 'Panto Perfection' by critics in the past.
