PRINCE OF BROADWAY's Brandon Uranowitz Leads NYC Masterclass This Weekend Two-time Tony Award nominee Brandon Uranowitz brings his passion for teaching to his new musical theatre acting masterclass, "Don't Forget the Words!" this weekend, December 2 & 3, 2017 in New York City.

The four-hour intensive is geared toward teens and adults looking to "unlock their most authentic and honest performances through a focus on the storytelling and journey of the song".

The two masterclasses will be held from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at Ripley-Grier Studios, with a maximum of 15 students per session. The classes will be closed to the public, however, a limited number of auditing slots are also available. For pricing and more information, e-mail DFTWmasterclass@gmail.com.

Brandon Uranowitz recently starred in the new Hal Prince Broadway revue Prince of Broadway, at Manhattan Theatre Club. In 2016, Uranowitz dazzled audiences as Mendel in the 2016 revival of Falsettos, for which he was nominated for Tony and Drama Desk Awards. In 2015, he originated the role of Adam Hochberg in An American in Paris, which garnered him his first Tony Award nomination. He made his Broadway debut playing multiple roles in the original Shirelles musical, Baby It's You!.

Other credits include the National Tour of Rent, Off-Broadway's Twelfth Night (Feste, Falstaff Award nomination), Studio Theatre DC's Torch Song Trilogy (Arnold, Helen Hayes Award nomination, dir. Michael Kahn), and The Old Globe's productions of Brighton Beach Memoirs and Broadway Bound (Eugene). Among his film/TV credits are Stage Fright (Magnolia Pictures), "Blue Bloods," "Inside Amy Schumer," "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," and "As the World Turns."
