'Keep Calm and Dance' is an intelligent, high-energy, quick paced funny dance Theatre Show for young audiences. It's a comedy with an endearing take home message that every child can relate to. Children of various ages either know someone like the characters of the play or identify the characters with themselves. The ninety-minute fun ride makes many student experiences come alive, whether they are at home, at school or the bus journey between. Each dance sequence is substantiated with beautiful ensemble work by trained Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and Classical dancers and through a range of music by prominent artists.
Seven students pave their way through classroom and home, through family and friends, through confusions and contradictions, slowly beginning to realize the need to learn the art of building. To build a future, to build a relationship and to build themselves as who they are, and while doing so they find themselves. A You in You, you never knew. Providing courage, wisdom, compassion to all those who need it.
