A. D. Players to Celebrate the Holidays With Musical SANDERS FAMILY CHRISTMAS

By:

Managing Director Ric Hodgin confirmed today that for the Christmas holiday, A. D. Players will present the continuing story of the ever popular Sanders family in Sanders Family Christmas.

The show is set in 1941 and the Sanders family gathers for a Christmas Eve service before the boys, including one of their own, are shipped off to World War II. Christmas carols and hilarious yuletide stories fill the evening with Christmas cheer in this richly entertaining family-oriented musical comedy.

"The music gets in your soul," said Musical Director and actor Gerry Poland. "I invite audiences to come and be a part of the Sanders' big extended family and let us help you celebrate the season."

Sanders Family Christmas was written by Connie Ray, conceived by Alan Bailey, and features musical arrangements by John Foley and Gary Fagin. Preview is on Wednesday, November 21 with opening night on Friday, November 23rd. Performances run through December 31, 2012 with a special program on New Years Eve.
