A. D. Players Mainstage Theater's WEDDING BELLES Begins Tonight

By:

A. D. Players announces that their first production of the new year Wedding Belles will open tonight, January 23 and run through February 15, 2015 on the Grace Theater stage.

Like only Alan Bailey can: garden-club ladies, a soldier about to ship out, and an innocent young bride give a small Texas town nuptial nightmares in this hilarious Southern comedy. By the creator of Smoke on the Mountain.

"These women pull together and deal with all kinds of chaos to plan a wedding for a young lady in need. Not only is it heartwarming and funny, but I connect with it on a personal level. When I first read Wedding Belles, I knew I had to direct it!" -- Christy Watkins, Director

The cast of Wedding Belles includes A. D. Players' resident actor Patty Tuel Bailey, as well as Guest Artists: Marcy Bannor, Cora Hemphill, Karen Hodgin, and Stephanie Myers.
The production team features scenic design by Mark A Lewis, lighting design by Andrew Vance, properties design by Abby Kehr, costume design by Donna Southern Schmidt, and sound design by Hannah Smith. Directed by Christy Watkins and assistant directed by K. Michelle Ritter.
