Windward Community College presents Nanaue the Teenage Sharkman written and directed by by Moses Goods, onstage at Palik Theatre March 9 through March 18. Nanaue the Teenage Sharkman follows Jocelyn, an isolated pre-teen, who journeys underwater with the legendary half-shark half-man Hawaiian god, Nanaue.

Nanaue the Teenage Sharkman meets Jocelyn on the beach and takes her on magical underwater adventures where she meets fish and other aquatic creatures. Jocelyn's mother is thrilled that she has a new friend. After all, when Jocelyn's father left the family, Jocelyn began retreating into the world of books and lives a lonely existence. When life begins to imitate art, Jocelyn's mother becomes concerned and discovers a surprising fact.
