LA CAGE AUX FOLLES at Fort Wayne Civic Theatre Fort Wayne Civic Theatre presents the 1983 musical LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, which is set to open on February 17th and run through March 4th.

LA CAGE AUX FOLLES is based on the 1973 play of the same name (which also inspired the popular 1996 film THE BIRDCAGE, starring Robin Williams). LA CAGE AUX FOLLES concerns a gay couple, Georges, a nightclub manager, and Albin, the drag queen star of the nightclub. In a classic "meet the parents" set-up, trouble brews when Georges' son wants to bring his fiancee's conservative family to meet the pair.
