Excitement will be in the air on February 11 in the Almi Hall, when approximately 30 dancers will compete for the right to participate in upcoming spring and summer ballet competitions. Each of the brilliant performances is sure to outshine the ones before. Winning dancers will take part in the Stora Daldansen ballet contest in Falun, Sweden on March 9 and 10, and the Helsinki International Ballet Competition scheduled for May 29 to June 7 of this year. The event is a joint production of the Ballet School and the Finnish National Ballet.
