Don Pasquale refuses to let his nephew Ernesto wed his penniless darling Norina and decides to seek out the perfect wife for himself instead. After his meek new bride abruptly turns into a domineering spendthrift, Pasquale is ready to promise anything to be rid of her. Full of surprises, merriment and brilliant bel canto vocals, Don Pasquale is one of the all-time greatest comic operas. This colourful interpretation from celebrated director Tuomas Parkkinen guarantees an evening of fast-paced fun.
