Overview
The Northwestern Directing Fellowship is a full-time, year-long residency at Goodman Theatre offered in partnership with Northwestern University to a recent graduate (within ten years) of Northwestern's MFA Directing program. The fellow joins Goodman's artistic staff to assistant direct productions in the Albert and Owen theatres, read and respond to scripts, participate in season planning, and co-produce IDEAA events with the Maggio Directing Fellow. Compensation is $45,000 with benefits, and the fellow is mentored by the BOLD Artistic Producer.
Eligibility
Only graduates of Northwestern University's MFA in Directing (within ten years of degree completion); Chicago-based or willing to relocate.
