The FAIR Experience (Fellowships, Assistantships, Internships and Residencies) at Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland is a professional development program founded in 2005 for aspiring, emerging, mid-career and established artists, artisans and arts administrators. Participants work within OSF's repertory season alongside experienced professionals, attend weekly FAIR Forums and complete a capstone, with fellowship-designated tracks currently focused on directing (the Phil Killian and August Wilson Directing Fellowships) and design and production opportunities offered through assistantships and internships.
