The Denham Fellowship, established in 2006 through a bequest from Mary Orr Denham, is an annual SDC Foundation award for women who are early- or mid-career directors, intended to further develop their skills. Applicants must be SDC Members or Associate Members with a scheduled production in mind and may apply under a fee-enhancement or self-producing plan; a committee of theatre professionals selects the recipient. Applications typically open in June with notification in September.

Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation has selected Colette Robert as this season’s SDCF Denham Fellow for her upcoming production of The Harriet Holland Social Club Presents the 84th Annual Star-Burst Cotillion in the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel, which she also authored.
