For the auditions, prepare 16 to 32 bars of an uptempo and ballad, musical theatre fare; one may be Sondheim, but not required. Bring sheet music in your key.
Bring picture and resume, stapled together.
Two Equity Guest Artist Contracts available among the following roles being sought:
Seeking actors who sing and singers for:
Man 1: (35-50), leading man/character actor, baritone, head of a publishing firm, unhappy marriage to Woman 1
Woman 1: (35-50), leading lady/character actor, mezzo, wife of Man 1, throwing a cocktail party for husband's colleagues
Man 2: (25-40), younger leading man, baritone/tenor, works for Man 1
Woman 2: (20-35), ingenue/leading lady, soprano, Man 1's date at cocktail party
Man 3: (20-35), younger character role, baritone/tenor, imp of an uninvited guest at cocktail party
