Ali Hakim (25–35) Baritone F3-D5 - Comedic traveling salesman. Clever con-man who says he’s from Persia. Though we aren’t sure how
ENSEMBLE: Male and Female singer/actors to play various ensemble roles and cover principals and serve as possible replacements
George Bailey – Late 20’s-30’s - An earnest man, likable, caring leading man with an inner strength
Mary Hatch – 20’s - George's sweetheart, later his wife, lovely, intelligent, caring
Clarence – Late 30’s–60’s - George Bailey's guardian angel, a bumbling but lovable comic character man
Henry Potter – 40+ - Bedford Falls' wealthiest (and nastiest) citizen, character man
Tom Bailey – 40+ - George's father, wise, caring, character man
Milly Bailey – 40+ - George's mother, loving, warm character woman
Uncle Billy – 40+ - absent minded, good-hearted comic character man
Violet Bick – 20’s-30’s - Mary Hatch's closest friend, town flirt
