Breakdown

NOTE: This is the musical based on the classic movie musical White Christmas, featuring the timeless songs “Blue Skies”, “Love You Didn’t Do Right By Me”, “I Love a Piano”, and of course the title song “White Christmas”. This is eight-city national tour that includes dates in St. Louis, Cincinnati, Providence, and Knoxville.

SEEKING: Male & female ensemble of dancers. To play early 20s to mid 30s. Major tap skills and must be equally strong in ballroom and theatre jazz. Must sing very well.

The following features and covers come out of the dancing ensemble:

RITA/RHODA
To play mid 20s to early 30s: Featured ensemble tracks. Tall, comedic, sexy, flirty showgirls. Not very bright, but not played over-the-top.

JUDY HAYNES COVER
To play mid 20s: Covers JUDY HAYNES, the younger, more ambitious Haynes sister. While wholesome and adorable, she is sexy and flirty – a winning charmer no man can resist. Strong tap and theatre jazz needed. Seeking a major song-and-dance performer. Chest-mix.

PHIL DAVIS COVER
To play late 20s to mid 30s, no older: Covers PHIL DAVIS, the ambitious, go-getting, song-and-dance partner of the team of Wallace and Davis. An irrepressible clown, operator, incorrigible skirt-chaser… and definite ladies man. He saved Bob’s life during the war and became his partner and engine behind their fabulous success. He must have boyish charm and sex appeal. Strong tap and theatre jazz needed. Seeking a major song-and-dance comic performer. Bari-tenor.
