EITHER a brief Rodgers/Hammerstein song (or similar)
OR a brief comic monologue
OR 16 bars of a song & a 1-minute monologue.
If singing, bring sheet music in the correct key; accompanist provided, but may not transpose. Please bring a photo and resume, stapled back-to-back.

Other

Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.

CORIE BRATTER: mid 20's Newly wed to Paul. Lovely, full of hope for the future. A free spirit.

PAUL BRATTER : mid 20's Newly wed to Corie. He is 26 going on 56. A conservative young lawyer.

ETHEL BANKS: 40's -50's. Corie's mother. A hypochondriac. Set in her ways but secretly yearning for new adventures.

VICTOR VELASCO 40's-50's Paul and Corie's oddball neighbor. Believes in living life to its fullest.

TELEPHONE REPAIR MAN/DELIVERY MAN: Male; mid-30’s to 50. Good comic character actor sought.
