Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Paula Cole comes to Iowa City to promote her first new release in years, Ithaca, which "represents that inner fortitude and the journey I've been on."  Her single "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone" reached the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100 in 1997, and the following year she won a Grammy Award for Best New Artist.

Tickets cost $25-$35, and are available online at www.englert.org or by contacting the Englert Box Office at 319-688-2653.  The Box Office is open Mon-Fri 12-6 PM.  This presentation is sponsored by Pulse Magazine.

After receiving much media praise with his debut, The Day Is Brave, James scored big-time with his national TV debut on CBS Saturday's Second Cup Café and most recently appeared on The Rachel Ray Show.

"The Lucky Ones" is also currently featured in the trailer for the upcoming Sony Pictures Film- How Do You Know- starring Jack Nicholson, Owen Wilson, and Reese Witherspoon and the hauntingly beautiful ballad "Your Beating Heart" was the closing song on The CW's long-running hit show One Tree Hill. Brendan is currently featured in this month's BLURT! Magazine and was recently profiled on CNN.com as a "breakout musician"
