The Denver Young Artists Orchestra (DYAO) presents The Faun and the Firebird, performing two iconic works by Debussy and Stravinsky. The afternoon begins with Jos Pablo Moncayo's Huapango, a colorful interpretation of the dance-like style of traditional huapango music from Veracruz. DYAO will also breathe life into R. Schumann's piano concerto featuring Nathan Lee, an award-winning young artist who connects with his audiences by sharing a depth of musical expression well beyond his years.
