OpenStage Theatre & Co Hosts Auditions For 2009-10 Season 7/20, 9/20

OpenStage Theatre & Company will hold two individual rounds of auditions for its upcoming 2009-10 season. Open auditions for the first three shows of the season will be held on Monday, July 20, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Auditioners should come prepared with a two-minute monologue, any genre.

Audition appointments are required and should be made by calling (970) 484-5237 or emailing denisef@openstage.com. Headshots and resumes are required.

The season shows open for auditions at this time include: Anton in Show Business by Jane Martin, directed by Tracy Salter, performing from Sept. 25 to Oct. 18, 2009; The One-Eyed Man Is King by Carter Lewis, directed by Bruce K. Freestone, performing from Oct. 30 to Nov. 28, 2009; and Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol by Tom Mula, directed by Denise Burson Freestone, performing from Nov. 27 to Dec. 20, 2009.

Open auditions for the remaining 4 shows of the season, The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams, Bug by Tracy Letts, Is He Dead? by Mark Twain and adapted for the stage by David Ives, and Shining City Conor McPherson, will be held on September 20, 2009.
