Funky Little Theater Company Presents VERONICA'S ROOM, Now thru 5/16
Funky Little Theater Company, the newest, grooviest, funkiest theatre in town, has seen the regional premiere of four productions in its short time here in Colorado Springs. FLTC is now very proud to present the first production of Veronica's Room in the Pikes Peak region in over 20 years. This production will have performances tonight, April 30th-May 16th, 2015 (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm + Monday, May 11th at 7pm is Industry Night, a performance dedicated for people in the service industry or theatre industry, but all patrons are welcome).
All tickets are $15 and can be purchased online (www.funkylittletheater.org) or at the door. Thursday tickets are only $11 and available at the door only. Funky Little Theater Company accepts cash, check or most major credit cards. All performances will be at Funky Little Theater Company located at 2109 Templeton Gap Road, 80907. This production features performances by Barbara Summerville, Steve Wallace, Martha Lamb and Chris Medina, and is directed by Felicia Spirio.
This chilling mystery thriller by the author of "Rosemary's Baby" explores the thin line between fantasy and reality, madness and murder. Students, Susan and Larry, find themselves as guests enticed to the Brabissant mansion by its dissolute caretakers the lonely Mackeys. Struck by Susan's strong resemblance to Veronica Brabissant, long-dead daughter of the family for whom they work, the older couple gradually induce her to impersonate Veronica briefly to solace the only living Brabissant, her addled sister who believes Veronica alive. Once dressed in Veronica's clothes, Susan finds herself locked in the role and locked in Veronica's room. Or is she Veronica, in 1935, pretending to be an imaginary Susan?
