FIRST CHAIR Festival Kicks Off 10/7

Consecrate winter's return and get ready for the ski-centric event of the season. First Chair Festival will kick off October 7th at Sculpture Park in downtown Denver featuring live music, a craft beer garden, and outdoor bar, plus all of the adrenaline-laced ski movie premieres you can handle in a single day.

The revered First Chair Festival makes its move from Salt Lake City to the Mile High City this October bringing with it a celebration of the ski industry in Downtown Denver. Celebrated for its laser focus on the ski industry, First Chair Festival packs the heat with long-awaited movie premieres, live music entertainment, and a mountain community spirit in the heart of a bustling metro city.

With six movie premieres confirmed for the 2017 festival, ski fans can revel in being the first to preview heart dropping visuals in high definition including the long-awaited North American premiere of Faction Collective film This is Home, Matchstick Productions Drop Everything, Level 1 film Habit and more. VIP access is available to ensure the best seats in the house, for what organizers expect to be filled-to-the-brim viewing.

Additionally, the 2017 event will feature live performances by Boston based headliners, Air Traffic Controller and The Moth & the Flame to round out the event, giving a festival feel to the experience as concertgoers browse for ski deals or grab munchies from one of the various food trucks booked for the celebration.
