Episode 8 of Emma Buchanan's video blog for BroadwayWorld on the road to the National High School Musical Theatre Awards in New York. Buchanan, of Durango High School, last month was named Outstanding Actress at the 2015 Bobby G Awards at the Denver Center. She advanced to the national competition, which culminated Monday in a performance on a Broadway stage for The Jimmy Awards in New York City.
