ARCHNEMESIS Plays the Fox Theatre, 2/21
Z2 Entertainment will present Archnemesis w/ Wick-It the Instigator & The Floozies at the Fox Theatre on Thursday, February 21st. Tickets are now on sale for $13.00 in advance and $15.00 day of show.
Archnemesis
Formed as the musical brainchild of Justin Aubuchon and Curt Heiny, Archnemesis creates its distinctive sound by combining original music with samples ranging from early 20's blues and jazz to modern hip-hop and soul. Their EP Diamonds and Glass and LP Peoples Radio are both available for free download at www.archnemesismusic.com. The highly anticipated third release Every Man For Himself is now available from their website and at www.1320records.com. With this addition to their ever-growing musical catalogue, Archnemesis continues to turn heads at festivals and club shows while elevating the standard for modern electronic music.
Wick-It the Instigator
He's got a reputation for doing some thoughtfully fresh and mindblowingly original remixes that take him from beyond a standard dub step or mash-up artist to a DJ/producer with skills that have turned heads and caught ears all over the Southeast. In a live setting, he sends people off with his mix of humor, ingenious pop culture samples and beats that can't be touched. While his roots are firmly planted in hip hop, there is no shortage of heavy electronic bass music at a Wick-it show.
The Floozies
The Floozies are producer/guitarist Matt Hill and drummer Mark Hill. These two brothers are bringing their fresh approach to electronic music and live performance to venues and festivals all over the country. The duo's combination of cutting edge electronic production and party rocking funk energizes crowds and turns venues into epic dance parties.
