The Soleunique Dance Complex (SUDC, Inc.) is a dance studio in Aurora, Illinois, with a second program operating out of the Wheaton Sport Center. It offers movement-based classes ranging from fundamental motor skills for first-time dancers through pre-professional training, plus specialty events for adults. Programming is organized into three tracks: an introduction-to-dance track for children, teens and adults; a fitness and recreation track aimed at complementing recreational and competitive sports; and performing companies for dancers who want frequent stage and classroom work. Class offerings include ballet, children's classes, contemporary, commercial and classic hip hop, improvisation, modern and classical jazz technique, partnering and tap, with periodic specialty classes and guest-artist workshops. The studio hosts the Soleunique Dance Company and the SoleSquad Dance Team, which compete and attend conventions, and runs a term-based season calendar with free trial classes, birthday parties and studio rentals.
