About this studio
California Dance Academy is a Los Angeles-area dance studio at 9741 Independence Avenue in Chatsworth, offering training in all styles with classical ballet as the foundation. Training is organized into Pre Ballet, Lower, Upper and Open Divisions, so the school serves everyone from very young beginners through advanced and adult students. Alongside the school year, the academy runs summer intensives and children's dance camps, offers scholarships for boys, and maintains a pre-professional company called The Ensemble. Performance opportunities include a full-length Nutcracker every December, a Spring Showcase, and participation in Regional Dance America.
