In a Berlin nightclub as the world teeters on the edge of catastrophe, an American writer becomes entangled with the magnetic Sally Bowles and a community determined to keep dancing while the world begins to burn around them. CABARET is seductive, funny, romantic, and ultimately devastating, pulling audiences into a world where pleasure and danger collide.
One of the most acclaimed and awarded musicals ever written, CABARET has captivated audiences for generations with its iconic score, daring storytelling, and unforgettable theatricality. Houston audiences will be transported to 1920s Berlin as Art Factory transforms into the decadent Kit Kat Club. This revival promises an intimate, high-voltage encounter with this legendary work in a breathtaking new production.
CABARET runs April 24 through May 3, with Friday and Saturday performances at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday performances at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are available at www.ArtFactoryHouston.com/tickets or at the door. Art Factory is located just north of downtown at The Docks at 1125 Providence Street, Houston, Texas. Free onsite parking is available.
