Auditions will be at the ArtCentre of Plano, 1039 East 15th St.,
at the corner of 15th and K Avenue in downtown Plano, 3 blocks east of the Cox Building Playhouse

A musical tribute to the songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, "the first modern pop superstar." This elegant evening contains fifty-six songs sung by four great singers including All the Way, Fly Me to The Moon, I Only Have Eyes For You, It Was A Very Good Year, The Lady Is A Tramp, My Funny Valentine, New York, New York, and of course, My Way. A bright, breezy tribute to one of the greatest vocalist of all time.

Roles:

2 men, 2 women

an elegant, sophisticated chanteuse (alto or mezzo)
a younger, energetic, vibrantly coquettish woman (soprano)
a dynamic young "whippersnapper" man (tenor)
a sophisticated "old world" crooner (baritone)

All roles are available.

Other Information:

• Please prepare 2 songs: one slow and one up tempo but only one song from the Sinatra catalog. The other should be a highly contrasting non-Sinatra song after 1975. The director wants to see variety.

• Come dressed to move.

• A resume and head shot is requested.

• Actors and technicians will receive stipends.

• Rehearsals will begin the week of August 3 in Plano.
