People’s United Bank Presents
Shakespeare on the Green & Green Expo: Hamlet
A FREE family friendly outdoor performance by Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival and Expo with the Green Community
This haunting tragedy begs the devastating question: Where should a young man turn when his father is killed, his mother remarries, and the life he knew has been taken from him? At its heart, HAMLET is a play about young men and women struggling with loss, death, and the inescapable feeling that they don’t fit into the world around them. Offering audiences the opportunity to see themselves reflected in Shakespeare’s brooding language, our 90-minute production brings an intimacy and immediacy to Prince Hamlet’s iconic story of murder and madness.
Underwritten by:
Trish Breede, Ann and Steve Carlson & Pitney Bowes
Sponsored by:
The O’Connell Family & Keller Williams Realty
All Season Tent & Party Rentals & Pepsi
Tickets are FREE – limited first come first served basis! Please call the box office to reserve your tickets (203) 438-5795. *Tickets will be held until 1pm the day of the event.
