Men on Boats at Burton Leavitt Theatre

Men on Boats by Jaclyn Backhaus is a comedic and compelling tale of the 10 men who joined the first government-sanctioned expedition through the Grand Canyon. Directed by Ava R. Molnar, the cast is made up entirely of people who are not cisgendered white males, in keeping with the playwright's casting note. Abby Duell plays expedition leader John Wesley Powell, with Jordan Chenette as William Dunn, and an ensemble including Meg Clifton, Mark Kulow, Yvette Charice, AJ Beauregard, Olivya DeLuca, Corey Mason, Jaelyn Middleton, and Aspen Fleming. The production is presented by the Windham Theatre Guild.
