The Hartt School Announces The Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz 2010-11 Schedule

The Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz presents the Winter Jazz Vocal Recital, featuring the students of Shawnn Monteiro, on Wednesday, November 17, at 7:30 PM, in Millard Auditorium, University of Hartford, 200 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford. Admission is free.

The Hartt Big Band performs a concert on Thursday, November 18, at 7:30 PM, in Millard Auditorium, University of Hartford, 200 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford. Admission is free.

The Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz Student Ensembles will perform two concerts that include a broad range of jazz repertoire on Thursday, December 2, and Friday, December 3, at 7:30 PM, in Lincoln Theater, University of Hartford, 200 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford. Admission is free.

Hartt's annual Collage Concert features two acts filled with continuous music, dance, and theatre. Hartt's gift to the community, Collage takes place on Friday, February 18, and Saturday, February 19, at 7:30 PM, in Lincoln Theater, University of Hartford, 200 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford. Admission is free, but tickets are required.
