Registration Now Open for TheatreWorks New Milford's Kids Winter Programs
TheatreWorks' Kids registration is now open for an exciting NEW program for kids ages 4 to 7. The program entitled INTRODUCTION TO MUSICAL THEATER begins on Saturday January 4 at 10:00 am. Each weekly class is 90 minutes long, and i nstructor Amy Emke will use in drama, music and dance activities to teach to basic concepts of live performance, in addition to activities that develop listening and cooperation skills . Classes will include learning a song and dance routine from a Broadway Show, and will culminate in a performance for parents and friends. Tuition is $ 150.00 .
INDIVIDUAL VOCAL LESSONS Winter Session with vocal professional Zoe Vandermeer will begin on Tuesday January 14 for 10 weeks. Students will learn how to breathe for singing, improve their range, develop strength, power and flexibility in their voice, and gain confidence through a step by step training method that is clear, concise and reliable. Ms. Vandermeer has 23 years of experience as a voice teacher and specializes in training children, actors, speakers, and those in need of vocal rehabilitation.
