Music Theatre of Connecticut MainStage in Norwalk Presents LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS

MTC MainStage in Norwalk present "Little Shop of Horrors," April 17 - May 3. Performances are Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 4pm and 8pm, Sundays at 2pm. MTC MainStage is located at 509 Westport Avenue (behind the Jones New York and Nine West Outlet) in Norwalk, CT.

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS is the hit rock musical horror comedy about a hapless florist shop worker, the girl of his dreams and one very voracious plant. With book and lyrics by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken and featuring a cast of Broadway professionals.

Music Theatre of Connecticut was founded in 1987 by Directors Kevin Connors and Jim Schilling. MTC's professional mainstage company has presented 25 seasons of critically-acclaimed productions, including new works and buried treasures of the American musical theatre. MTC is recipient of the Connecticut Critics' Circle's highest honor, the Tom Killen Memorial Award for Outstanding Contribution to Connecticut Professional Theatre and was presented with a Connecticut State Legislative Citation to commemorate this award. Productions presented at MTC have been nominated for Best Musical of the Connecticut theatre season and several others have gone on to have successful productions in New York and at other regional houses. The New MTC boasts a state-of-the-art black box theatre, rehearsal studios, scenic and costume design shops, dressing rooms, and beautiful lobby and public spaces.
