LTM's Popular Script In Hand Series Continues With CHAMBER MUSIC

A one-act set in 1938, Chamber Music tells the story of eight asylum inmates, who all identify as famous women from different historical periods. Joan of Arc - or someone who thinks herself Joan of Arc - marches in with a large wooden cross, nearly colliding with silent film actress Pearl White. Meanwhile, Isabella of Spain glares strikingly in her chair as Mozart's wife, Constanze, listens to the phonograph and bristles at the mention of Bach. All the while Amelia Earhart claims she is sane; she just wants to get out, but nobody believes her.

Evenings@7 offers FREE presentations of intimate script-in-hand play readings. Open to the public, these ONE-NIGHT ONLY performances are part of Little Theatre's mission to develop art and artists. This series, featuring both established plays and musicals and new works, enables local talent to grow in their craft by performing for live audiences in a casual atmosphere with minimal production elements. The final Evenings @7 of our 2018 season is Moonlight and Magnolias, directed by Debi Freund on November 13th.
