Hartford Stage's Summer Studio Youth Ensemble to Present THE SUMMER OF SEUSS Series, Begin. 8/3

Hartford Stage's Summer Studio Youth Ensemble presents The Summer of Seuss featuring productions of Seussical the Musical, Jr. at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on August 3, and The Seussification of A Midsummer Night's Dream at 7 p.m. on August 1 and August 2.

The Summer Studio Youth Ensemble is a four-week theatre education program for students ages 9 to 15. This year, students were cast in the musical production of Seussical the Musical, Jr., or the non-musical production of The Seussification of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Students spend mornings rehearsing and afternoons exploring elective classes of their choice. Once a week, the Youth Ensemble enjoys a field trip together.

All performances are at Classical Magnet School, 85 Woodland Street, Hartford. Seating is general admission and tickets are $10 each.
