Foxwoods Resort Casino to Present BROADWAY ROX, 12/27-29
Foxwoods Resort Casino recently announced three dates for the fan-favorite theatrical concert, "BROADWAY ROX," a part of its electrifying holiday week festivities. The shows are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Dec. 27, 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fox Theater.
Tickets priced at $35 are on sale now and may be purchased online at www.foxwoods.com, by calling the Foxwoods' Box Office at 800-200-2882 or Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available by visiting the box office.
Broadway stars like Janine DiVita (Grease, Anything Goes, The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein); Dan Domenech (Rock Of Ages, Sister Act, Wonderland and television's GLEE); Ashley Loren (Jekyll And Hyde, television's American Idol); Darren Ritchie, (Thoroughly Modern Millie, Dracula, Little Shop Of Horrors, Les Miserables); Shelley Thomas, (Brooklyn, Rent); Jason Wooten, (Jesus Christ Superstar, Footloose, Hair and The Trans-Siberian Orchestra) all perform in this rousing theatrical concert presentation that features the greatest hits from some of the most memorable Broadway shows. BROADWAY ROX celebrates the rock and pop hits of Broadway like Wicked, Jersey Boys, Rent, The Who's Tommy, Mamma Mia, Smokey Joe's Café, Hair, Rock of Ages, Jesus Christ Superstar and many more!
BROADWAY ROX features a five-piece band and exciting new musical arrangements created by Broadway composer and musical director, Jason Howland. BROADWAY ROX, conceived by Broadway star and Trans-Siberian Orchestra Lead Singer Rob Evan and Producer/General Manager Thom Schilling is a creative collaboration with Jason Howland and Tony Award nominated Producer Rich Affannato. Rob Evan and Rich Affanato direct the concert.
