Claire Zick to Lead Intermediate Improv Classes at Playhouse on Park Beginning 4/1

Starting April 1^st, 2012, Playhouse on Park, will be hosting a new session of intermediate improvisation workshops led by Claire Zick.

This session is designed for actors with some prior improvisational experience as it continues work on established fundamental principles while also introducing more short-form games. The class focuses on concepts such as status, tilt, re-incorporation, and exploration using the environment, and non-linear narrative as well as emphasis on character work and playing with commitment. The session then culminates in a class performance on May 22^nd.

Classes run Sundays from April1st - May 20^th 7:00pm-10:00pm are limited to12 students. Advanced registration required and students must have completed an "Intro to Improvisation' class or receive permission of the instructor. $200 per student.
