96.5 TIC-FM's Damon Scott returns once again to host a special, Friday the 13th Ha! Ha! Hartford! We've selected the cream of the crop from comedians who have previously been featured in The Bushnell's homegrown comedy series and we're bringing them back for an all-star, encore performance. The lineup will include Eric McMahon, who last performed at The Bushnell during the inaugural season of Ha! Ha! ten years ago, Eddie Brill, who was last in Hartford in February 2008, and Jessica Kirson, who brought the house down at our "Women of Comedy" Ha! Ha! Hartford! in November 2010.

COMEDIAN BIOS:

Eric McMahon
If you've ever wondered what life would be like if a type-A, high strung, alpha male wound up raising three daughters, then look no further than a night of informative comedy with Eric McMahon. His upbeat, energetic delivery and his versatility to work blue or squeaky clean has made him a favorite all over the country, demonstrated by the fact that he has recently opened for both Ray Romano and Andrew "Dice" Clay.

In the past few years, Eric has pitched a sitcom to CBS, starred in an off-off Broadway drama called The Chill on Lake St. Clair, hosts a weekly radio show called "What's Your Problem?," played Billy Flynn in a Broadway review of Chicago, and has been one of the writers and performers in Jim Florentine's comedy sketches on HBO's "Inside the NFL." If you don't appreciate your life as a carefree single 25-year-old, you certainly will after spending the night with Eric.

Eddie Brill
Eddie Brill is a well-respected and very funny stand-up comedian here in the USA and abroad. He's the founder of the very successful Paper Moon Comedy Club in the west village of NYC, where he has been booking and hosting shows since 1984, and has had a wide range of comedic accomplishments during his career including winning the Manhattan Association of Cabaret and Club's Award for Best Male Stand-up Comic in NYC a whopping 3 times, performing at such prestigious locations as The Shrine Auditorium and Radio City Music Hall, and doing audience warm-up for several shows of note, not the least of which being "The Late Show with David Letterman" where he has done audience warm-up and talent coordination for the past 13 years. He has appeared in numerous films as an actor and has used his voice talents in many animated series.

Eddie is also the creative director of the wildly successful Great American Comedy Festival in Norfolk, Nebraska, co-creator of one of the first ever college comedy writing departments in the country at Emerson College in Boston, and the consulting editor and humor columnist for Readers' Digest. In addition, he performs and helps raise money for many benefits including The Roberto Clemente Foundation (for underprivileged children), Sisters in Survival (women with breast cancer), Juvenile Diabetes, The American Cancer Association, and, of course, with Reader's Digest and St. Jude on Stand-Up for the Children. www.eddiebrill.com

Jessica Kirson
Jessica Kirson's unique style and captivating stage presence captures the attention of audiences and club bookers everywhere she performs. Her wide variety of characters brings a diverse energy to her routine. Once you've seen her amazing talent, it is easy to understand why she was selected to perform at the Hamptons, Toyota, Marshall's Women in Comedy, Comedy Central's South Beach, and HBO's Las Vegas comedy festivals. She has been featured on several television shows including Comedy Central's "Premium Blend" and "Fresh Faces," VH1's "Awesomely Bad" Shows, and NBC's "Last Comic Standing" (Seasons 2 and 3), "Last Call With Carson Daly", and "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," to name a few. Her character voices can be heard in Nickelodeon's "Bubbleguppies." Jessica appeared in her own LOGO Special, "My Cookie's Gone" and LOGO's "New Now Next Best" of 2009. In late 2009, Jessica starred in a television pilot, considered to be a new breed of entertainment – a reality talk show entitled "The Jessy K Show," executive produced by Zach Braff.
