The 7th Annual Columbus Creative Industry Mixer (CCIM) by Matthew Roharik was held this year at Park Street Cantina, where the red carpet was rolled out for the 'Movie Night Premier' theme, uniting all the top creative enthusiasts, including artists, designers, stylists, models, photographers, talent agents, producers, actors and more. With nearly 1,000 guests, Columbus was certainly the place to be on April 15th, where you could network locally with all the who's-who in the creative industry from around the country.

Park Street Cantina offered the perfect venue as it was magically transformed into a sophisticated Movie Night wonderland, with a glitzy display of chandeliers, red carpets, and Hollywood props.

Business cards were flying, booze was pouring, cameras were rolling, and the band was playing all night as guests mingled, enjoyed cocktails, and posed with life-sized Oscar statues and cardboard cutouts of J Lo, Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence, Tom Hiddleston, and even CCIM creator, Matthew Roharik, who was running the event from Hollywood this year.

A $10 advance ticket ($15 at the door) got you into the event which began at 9pm. For $50, you could upgrade to VIP status that allowed you early entry at 7pm, fast pass entry after 9pm, access to the Private VIP lounge, five drink vouchers, and a full buffet dinner.

'Good Day Columbus' Feature Reporter Cameron Fontana MC'd the event with dance floor music by Masha DjMasha Masha and special performance by Liberty Deep Down.

Sponsors this year included Park Street Cantina (Presenting Sponsor), Heyman Talent Agency, Fashion Week Columbus, Proximo Spirits, Posh Event Services, Barroluco Argentine, and Cap City Biohackers.

The Columbus Creative Industry Mixer is truly a not-to-be-missed event, which unites all the creatives in the industry, and offers one of the largest networking events in the art and entertainment arena, right in the heart of the Buckeye State.
