The Cleveland Orchestra Promotes Vinay Parameswaran To Associate Conductor

Effective immediately, The Cleveland Orchestra has announced the promotion of Vinay Parameswaran to the position of Associate Conductor and the extension of his contracts. The agreement continues Mr. Parameswaran's tenure with the Orchestra through the 2021-22 season.

Today, The Cleveland Orchestra announced that due to the ongoing pandemic, and an abundance of caution to maintain the health and safety of musicians, staff, guests and volunteers, the Orchestra will not have any audiences in Severance Hall in January and February as originally planned.
