PlayhouseSquare's Jump Back Ball Set For 2/27

Themed "Celebrate: Carnaval," the 19th annual Jump Back Ball, presented by PNC, is set for Saturday, February 27, 2010. This highly anticipated event begins at 7:30 p.m. and features a gourmet dinner, endless cocktails, and dancing on the State Theatre stage. A VIP Party hosted by Zack Bruell featuring demonstrations and food from his four restaurants, L'Albatros, Parallax, Chinato and Table 45, will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Partygoers are encouraged to dress in "creative black tie" reflecting the Celebrate: Carnaval theme. Upon arriving at Jump Back Ball, they can enjoy ice cold cocktails from the Absolut ice bar that will stand more than seven feet high, run 12 feet long and weigh in at 3000 pounds; nosh on Venetian cuisine from Sammy's; gamble for raffle tickets; and dance to the sounds of Cleveland bands The Spazmatics and Skinny Moo.Jump Back Ball tickets are available by calling 216-348-5265 or online at playhousesquare.org/jumpbackball. Tickets are $135 ($115 for Partners members). General admission ticket prices increase $15 on February 1st. VIP tickets are available for $185 ($155 for Partners members). VIP ticket prices also increase on February 15th. The proceeds from Jump Back Ball support PlayhouseSquare's not-for-profit mission.Jump Back Ball is hosted by PlayhouseSquare Partners, the young professionals group at PlayhouseSquare. Partners was formed in 1991 by niNe Young professionals with a desire to support PlayhouseSquare and its historic theaters. Partners contribute annually to PlayhouseSquare's operating fund and the Bus Subsidy Fund that underwrites transportation costs, making it possible for school children to attend performances at PlayhouseSquare.
