November 29th, beginning at 7 am and running until 7 pm, visitors to playhousesquare.org will be offered a different gift in each hour when they purchase PlayhouseSquare tickets and/or Gift Cards online...and... each Cyber Monday purchase completed between 7 am and 7 pm will also qualify the purchaser to be entered into a drawing to win one of three special prizes:

Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) has always been known as the year's biggest shopping day. But since 2005, when the marketing term Cyber Monday was coined, the Monday following Thanksgiving has given rise to heavy online purchasing due to serious online-only discounts and promotions. In 2009, Cyber Monday sales totaled $887 million, excluding travel. A recent Compete survey found 45% of respondents indicating they will do their 2010 holiday shopping online Cyber Monday vs. 37% who plan to shop on Black Friday.
