PlayhouseSquare Sets JUMP BACK TWO SPACES Ball for February 23
On Thursday, November 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., tickets for the 22nd annual Jump Back Ball go on sale at a kickoff party at the Market Garden Brewery Ohio City Room (1947 W. 25th St.). Themed "Jump Back Two Spaces," Jump Back Ball is set for Saturday, February 23, 2013. Jump Back Ball tickets will be available for purchase in person only for $135 with no handling fees ($110 for Partners members). There is a two ticket limit per person.
On November 16, the Jump Back Ball ticket price increases to $155 plus handling fees ($130 for Partners members). VIP tickets are available for $200. The proceeds from Jump Back Ball support PlayhouseSquare's not-for-profit mission.
The November 15 kickoff party will feature complimentary appetizers, drink specials and prizes.
The highly anticipated event begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2013 and features a gourmet dinner, endless cocktails and dancing on the State Theatre stage. A VIP Party catered by The Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat, led by Cleveland chef Jonathon Sawyer, will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Partygoers are encouraged to dress in "creative black tie" reflecting the "Jump Back Two Spaces" theme. Upon arriving at Jump Back Ball, guests enjoy ice cold cocktails from the Buckeye Vodka ice bar; nosh on cuisine from Sammy's; gamble for raffle tickets and dance the night away.
Jump Back Ball is hosted by PlayhouseSquare Partners, the young professionals group at PlayhouseSquare. Partners was formed in 1991 by nine young professionals with a desire to support PlayhouseSquare and its historic theaters. Partners contribute annually to PlayhouseSquare's operating fund and the Bus Subsidy Fund that underwrites transportation costs, making it possible for school children to attend performances at PlayhouseSquare.
