Theatre at the Center Presents Second City LAUGH OUT LOUD Tour, 6/15 & 16
Theatre at the Center, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, presents the new "Laugh Out Loud Tour" from Chicago's legendary sketch comedy theatre, The Second City. Featuring some of the best sketches, songs and improvisations from The Second City's fifty-two year history, the "Laugh Out Loud Tour" will be performed on Friday, June 15 and Saturday, June 16 at 8 p.m.
The Second City celebrates over 50 years of cutting edge satirical revues and continues to deliver the leading voices in comedy while touring the globe. With scripted and improvisational elements, audiences always enjoy being part of the show and playing along with the next generation of comic legends. From the company that launched the careers of Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Gilda Radner, Bill Murray and more, this evening will be full of hilarious sketch comedy and The Second City's trademark improvisation.
Prior to the performance, Theatre at the Center will host a buffet of bar food favorites including Buffalo Wings, Nachos, Burgers, Potato Skins, Garden Salads and Brownie Sundaes. The buffet begins at 6 p.m. and is an additional $20 per person.
Founded in 1991, Theatre at the Center is a year-round professional theater at its home, The Center for Visual and Performing Arts, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana. Theatre at the Center is conveniently located off I-80/94, just 35 minutes from downtown Chicago, and has free parking.
