The American Music Theatre Project and FWD to Present Workshop and Concert Reading of LA REVOLUTION FRANCAISE, September
In partnership with American Music Theatre Project (AMTP) at Northwestern University, FWD will present the first musical written by one of the world's most prolific, important, and celebrated creative teams in history. Pre-dating LES MISERABLES, LA RÉVOLUTION FRANÇAISE was conceived as a concert rock opera and played to packed stadiums across Europe. Rebuilt to a full book musical, Chicago will host the show's premiere public staged reading with a huge company under the expert leadership of AMTP Artistic Director, David H. Bell. This premiere collaboration event will create enormous demand and the writers will join us FWD for their workshop and performances. Stay tuned for more information and to play a part in the launch of what promises to be a blockbuster new musical.
If you've been considering a donation to support FWD Theatre Project and looking for a reason to jump on board, this is the ideal time and opportunity. As you can tell, your support is put to great use and helps grow Chicago into a leading center for the Discovery, Development, and Delivery of the world's best new musicals right here at home.
