Spartan Theatre Company presents Theresa Rebeck's Seminar.

Four aspiring novelists spend big money to have their work read, critiqued, and generally annihilated by a prominent and well-traveled figure of literary excellence. Relationships are built, tested, and destroyed and tensions (romantic and otherwise) rise as the writers struggle to thrive under highly irregular instruction.

Ticket prices are $25. Discounts include $10 for industry and students (with I.D.) Tickets may be purchased online by visiting spartantheatre.org, by calling at (312)-487-1348.

The cast features Robert Koon (Leonard), Nick Druzbanski (Douglas), Courtney Stennett (Kate), Sean Kelly (Martin), and Stephanie Shum (Izzy).

On the crew are Daniel Sappington (Director), Joseph A. Burke (Lighting Designer), Amber R. Dettmers (Production Stage Manager), Joe Palermo (Sound Designer), and Amy Chmielewski (Costume Designer).

Now in its 4th season, Spartan Theatre Company uses minimalism to change minds and promote discussion in Chicago. By distilling specific elements, we enhance the most essential themes and moments in relevant new works and reinvigorated classics. For more information, visit spartantheatre.org.
