SCOOTY AND JOJO Returns to Mary's Attic for Benefit Show, 3/4
On March 4, The Scooty & JoJo Show returns to their first home, Mary's Attic in Andersonville, to host a one-night-only Scooty & JoJo benefit evening featuring the premiere of "Rosemary Clooney's Baby" in concert reading. Starring Scooty in the Ruth Gordon role, Alien Queen's Ryan Lanning as Mia Farrow, Carpenters Halloween's Libby Lane as John Cassavetes, and JoJo on piano, the show re-imagines the renowned Roman Polanski film of satanic conception as a musical filled with Rosemary Clooney tunes. The benefit evening includes a raffle and auction of ridiculous Scooty & JoJo fare, from show memorabilia to onstage appearance opportunities and tickets for upcoming events. Proceeds from the evening go toward Scooty & JoJo's 2012 campaign to secure licensing rights for future growth of their distinctive creations.
Tickets are $20 and doors open at 6:30pm, show at 7pm. All ages welcome.
