Raven Theatre Will Host Benefit Reading Of FRANKIE AND JOHNNY IN THE CLAIR DE LUNE Raven Theatre is pleased to present a one-night-only benefit reading of Terrence's McNally's romantic comedy FRANKIE AND JOHNNY IN THE CLAIR DE LUNE on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 7:30 pm (6:30 pm reception) on Raven's 99-seat East Stage, 6157 N. Clark St. (at Granville) in Chicago. Artistic Director Cody Estle directs Jeff Award-nominated actor Kelli Strickland and Noah Simon in this touching look at what happens when two people finally begin to let love back into their lives. Tickets include champagne, hors d'oeuvres, and dessert.

Frankie and Johnny, 40-something-year-old coworkers at a New York diner, are basking in the post-coital glow of their first date when they realize there is something special about their relationship. A request to a radio station to play the most beautiful piece of music ever sets the mood as they embark on the romantic journey of their lives.

Tickets ($100) are currently available at www.raventheatre.com or by calling (773) 338-2177. All proceeds benefit Raven's mainstage plays and education program.
