Photo Flash: First Look at Raven Theatre's ALL MY SONS

Arthur Miller's intense drama, raising questions of morality and the limits of family ties, promises to be a special opening production for Raven's 2014-2015 season. Headlining the cast will be Chuck Spencer and JoAnn Montemurro as Joe and Kate Keller. These two Raven ensemble members, who earned accolades for their work as Willy and Linda Loman in Miller's Death of a Salesman and as Victor and Esther Franz in his The Price, will play Joe and Kate Keller. Raven first produced All My Sons in 1990 and they appeared in that production as well, playing George Deever and Ann Deever.

Also appearing will be Raven ensemble members Jen Short as Ann Deever, fresh from her performance as Pegeen Mike in The Playboy of the Western World, and Greg Caldwell as George Deever and Kristen Williams as Sue Bayliss. Returning to the Raven stage after appearing in Bang the Drum Slowly and The Exonerated, Matt Klingler will play Chris Keller. Matt Bartholmew, who was also recently seen in The Playboy of the Western World, will play Dr. Jim Bayliss. Rounding out the cast will be Raven newcomers Shane Murray-Corcoran as Frank Lubey, Hallie Peterson as Lydia Lubey and Daniel Pass as Bert.

The production will be directed by Michael Menendian, director of last season's Jeff Award-winning hit The Playboy of the Western World as well as Raven's recent productions of Death of a Salesman and The Price.

Ray Toler will be designing the set, Diane Fairchild will design lights and Luke Sword will be designing sound. Costumes will be designed by Alaina Moore and props will be designed by Mary O'Dowd, both recently nominated for Jeff Awards for The Playboy of the Western World and Brighton Beach Memoirs respectively. Kiley Morgan will stage manage, Deborah Blumenthal will serve as dramaturg and Laura Zarougian will be assistant director.

Arthur Miller (1915 - 2005) was one of the leading American playwrights of the twentieth century. Among his best known works are All My Sons, The Crucible, A View from the Bridge, After the Fall and Death of a Salesman. His plays address power conflicts, social and personal responsibility, the repercussions of past actions and the dichotomy of guilt and hope. The political criticism in some of his work famously resulted in Miller's investigation and arrest by the House Un-American Activities Committee. He was honored with the Pulitzer Prize, the Jefferson Lecture, multiple Tony Awards, multiple New York Drama Critics Circle Awards and many other prestigious accolades.
