Scarlett, who's as deadly as she is beautiful, will stop at nothing to get her way until the eager young Assistant DA Frank Graham vows to put a stop to Scarlett and clean up the city in a tale so startling, so lurid, that only Hell in a Handbag Productions would dare tell it!
